Polyethylene water-supply pipeline
The polyethylene pipe is a plastic pipe with growing popularity. Its excellent mechanical and electrical properties, impact-resistance and environmental protection properties make it ideal for water supply systems. Kangtai polyethylene water-supply pipes are produced by an extrusion production line. With a unique a screen basket die design, advanced BM screws and IKV forced feed extrusion system, it ensures full melting and plasticization of raw materials. Polyethylene pipes are highly resistant to rapid or slow cracking. The Kangtai polyethylene pipe can convey tap water below 40°C and other non-solvent liquids. The pipe is black with striking blue stripes. The length is generally 6 metres, 9 metres or 12 metres, and can be customized according to customer requirements.

Embedded flat drip emitter irrigation pipe
This irrigation pipe has a tongue-shaped dripper. A fine mesh filter in the dripper reduces the entry of any small particles or fine hair that are in the soil into the dripper, improving its performance. It can be buried 30 to 40 cm below ground’s surface to reduce photolysis and preserve the pipe from environmental decay. One time laying can last more than eight years. The direct supply of water, fertilizer and pesticides to the crop roots increases utilization rates by 30 to 70 per cent compared with other irrigation methods. It can expand the distribution of crop roots in the soil, significantly increasing yields. For example, the application of this method with tomato planting yields an average per mu of up to 13 to 15 tons. The investment cost can be recovered within a year, reducing the required labour input and agricultural irrigation facility, which also supports the need for future water-saving trends.
